Tameside, Oldham, Glossop and Stockport Mind - specialist co-occurring conditions recovery worker 

TOGS Mind seek a recovery worker to support people with mental health and substance use needs. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide person centred support people with complex mental health and substance use needs. 
• Work in partnership with local services to connect people to the right support for their recovery. 
• Manage a caseload and deliver tailored interventions that promote wellbeing, harm reduction and independence. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with complex mental health needs and/or substance use.
• Can build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a range of partner organisations. 
• Brings empathy, resilience and a person centred, strengths based approach to supporting others.
