Tameside, Oldham, Glossop and Stockport Mind – crisis service senior manager

TOGS Mind seek a senior manger to lead crisis services across Greater Manchester and local communities. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead a portfolio of crisis services, ensuring people receive safe, responsive and person centred support when they need it most.
• Manage and support services leaders, driving quality, performance and continuous improvement across multiple services. 
• Build strong partnerships with commissioners, NHS organisations and community partners to develop and grow crisis support provision.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has senior management experience in mental health, crisis, health, social care or voluntary sector services.
• Brings strong leadership, operational and performance management skills, with experience overseeing complex services. 
• Understands trauma informed, recovery focused approaches and can influence partners to achieve positive outcomes.
