Tameside, Oldham, Glossop, and Stockport Mind – community mental health crisis navigator 

TOGS Mind seek a crisis navigator to support adults experiencing mental health crisis overnight. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

  • Support adults experiencing mental health crisis by providing immediate, person centred support and helping them navigate the right pathways of care.
  • Coordinate responses during shifts, managing risk, safeguarding concerns and appropriate support. 
  • Provide guidance and support to Peer Support Workers while working closely with health, social care and community partners. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting adults experiencing mental health difficulties, emotional distress or crisis. 
  • Understands trauma informed, recovery focused and person centred approaches to mental health support. 
  • Is confident managing risk, safeguarding and complex situations, while supporting colleagues and working collaboratively with partners.
