TOGS Mind are looking for an access worker to support people into mental health services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Be the first point of contact, offering a warm and supportive welcome to people accessing services. 
• Help people understand their options and connect with the right support using a person centred approach. 
• Support the smooth running of services through effective administration and record keeping. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in client facing or support role. 
• Has an understanding of mental health, emotional wellbeing or trauma informed approaches. 
• Is a strong communicator who can build trust and work flexibly in a busy environment.
