Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind - senior wellbeing practitioner

Swindon and Gloucestershire Mind are looking for a senior wellbeing practitioner to join their team.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide person-centred support to people accessing the service.

• Work in partnership with the NHS and other services to develop support for people experiencing distress.

• Design and run therapeutic group sessions, and support other practitioners to lead groups confidently.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting individuals experiencing emotional distress.

• Can mentor, guide, and support other colleagues and volunteers.

• Can coordinate the day-to-day running of the service while balancing competing priorities.
