Solent Mind – wellbeing team leader PCN (Eastleigh)

Solent Mind seek a team leader to lead primary care wellbeing services across Eastleigh and Winchester. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support a team of Wellbeing Advisors and Peer Support Workers delivering mental health support within GP practices across Eastleigh and Winchester. 
• Work alongside primary care partners to improve access to mental health and wellbeing support for people with a range of needs. 
• Help develop and improve, embedding new ways of working and ensuring high quality person centred support. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supervising or managing staff within a mental health, wellbeing or community support setting. 
• Understands the impact of mental health challenges and the needs of people with complex or diverse circumstances.
• Brings string communication, leadership and problem solving skills, with experience using CRM systems and working collaboratively with partners.
