Solent Mind – wellbeing advisor (Eastleigh)

Solent Mind seek a wellbeing advisor to support referrals, appointments and community wellbeing services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Be the first point of contact for people accessing wellbeing services, providing a friendly and professional welcome.
• Support the delivery of courses, groups and assessments by managing referrals, appointments and waiting lists. 
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to help services run smoothly and effectively. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in an administrative or customer facing role, either paid or voluntary.
• Is organised, confident using IT systems and able to communicate clearly with a range of people.
• Is committed to inclusive, excellent service delivery and supporting positive mental health wellbeing.
