Solent Mind - crisis service manager

Solent Mind seek a service manager to lead crisis services and support people in mental health crisis. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the day to day delivery of crisis services, ensuring they are safe, responsive and high quality. 
• Support and develop team leaders, fostering a compassionate, inclusive and effective team culture. 
• Work with NHS and system partners to deliver joined up crisis support and improve local pathways. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading frontline mental health or crisis services, including operational management. 
• Brings strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and supporting people in acute distress.
• Is a confident leader and communicator, able to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment.
