Oxfordshire Mind – wellbeing worker: boxing for wellbeing
Oxfordshire Mind are looking for a wellbeing worker to support young people through Boxing for Wellbeing.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Deliver Boxing for wellbeing sessions that help children and young people build confidence and manage their wellbeing.
- Create safe, inclusive and engaging spaces where mental health can be talked about openly.
- Work with schools, community hubs and partners to support wellbeing through movement and activity.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting mental health or wellbeing through group based activities
- Holds Boxercise (or equivalent) training and is confident delivering sessions to diverse groups.
- Brings strong communication skills, warmth and inclusive, values led approach.
