Oxfordshire Mind – housing support and recovery worker
Oxfordshire Mind seek a housing support worker to help people with mental health needs live independently.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Support people with mental health needs to maintain their tenancy, build independence and achieve their recovery goals.
- Work collaboratively with residents, services and community organisations to promote wellbeing and inclusion.
- Help create a safe and supportive living environment through effective risk management, housing support and case coordination.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting people with mental health needs, ideally in a housing or residential setting.
- Understands the challenges faced by people with multiple support needs and can provide person centred support.
- Brings strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
