Oxfordshire Mind seek a head of housing and safe haven to lead mental health and housing services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop housing and crisis support services, ensuring people recieve safe, person centred and recovery focused support. 
• Manage teams, budgets, safeguarding and service performance to deliver high quality outcomes for local communities =. 
• Build strong partnerships with statutory, clinical and voluntary sector organisations to improve services and drive positive change. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has significant experience leading housing, mental health or crisis support services.
• Brings strong knowledge of supported housing, mental health legislation, safeguarding and risk management. 
• Is a collaborative and inspiring leader with excellent people management, partnership working and organisational skills.
