Oxfordshire Mind - Deputy manager (localities)

Oxfordshire Mind seek a deputy manager to support wellbeing services and lead community mental health support. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Support and lead a team to deliver high quality, locality based wellbeing services.
• Provide direct support to people through advice sessions, workshops and peer groups.
• Work with partners and colleagues to improve services and ensure people can access the right support. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading or supervising staff within mental health or wellbeing services.
• Has good knowledge of mental health, safeguarding and risk management. 
• Brings strong communication, organisational skills and a reflective, person centred approach.
