North Kent Mind – treasurer (volunteer trustee)
North Kent Mind seek a treasurer to provide financial leadership and support charity governance.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Help guide the charity's financial future by providing strategic financial oversight and supporting long term sustainability.
- Work with the Board, Chief Executive and Finance Lead to ensure strong governance, effective financial controls and informed decision making.
- Chair the Finance Sub Committee and oversee budgets, financial reporting, reserves and risk management arrangements.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a professional accounting qualification or significant senior financial management experience.
- Can analyse financial information, challenge constructively and support effective governance.
- Is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and committed to helping the charity achieve its mission.
