North Kent Mind - practitioner (adult support services)

North Kent Mind seek a practitioner to provide mental health and wellbeing support for adults in the community. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide one to one and group support to help people improve their mental health, wellbeing and resilience. 
• Manage a caseload, carrying out assessments, support planning and ongoing reviews.
• Help people access the right services, resources and opportunities to achieve their goals. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with mental health or wellbeing needs in a paid, voluntary or personal capacity. 
• Understands person centred, recovery focused approaches and the importance of safeguarding.
• Can build trusting relationships, manage a varied workload and maintain accurate records.
