North Kent Mind – practitioner (adult support services) 

North Kent Mind seek a practitioner to support adults with their mental health, wellbeing and recovery. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Give one to one and group support to help adults improve their mental health, wellbeing and recovery. 
• Manage a caseload and work with people to identify goals, building coping strategies and access the right services and opportunities. 
• Carry out assessments and signpost people to appropriate support, working with colleagues and partners to improve outcomes. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with mental health or wellbeing needs in a paid, voluntary or personal capacity. 
• Understands recovery focused strengths based practice and the importance of safeguarding. 
• Can build trusting relationships, manage a varied workload and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
