North Kent Mind seek a Chair of Trustees to provide strategic leadership and guide the charity's future growth.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Lead the Board of Trustees and provide strategic direction for North Kent Mind
- Support and oversee the Chief Executive while ensuring effective governance and compliance
- Champion the charity by building partnerships and promoting its mission and impact
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has senior-level strategic leadership experience
- Has an understanding of charity governance and trustee responsibilities (desirable)
- Has excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to mental health and inclusion
