Mind THNR seek a recovery worker to support people with mental health needs and personal recovery goals.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
Give one to one support to people with mental health needs, helping them maintain their independence, improve their wellbeing and achieve their personal goals.
Manage a caseload and deliver tailored support, ensuring people can access the right services, resources and interventions at the right time.
Support recovery using strengths based approach, helping people build confidence, resilience and hope through the CHIME framework.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting people mental health needs, including assessing needs, managing risk and safeguarding concerns.
Holds a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience within mental health services.
Brings strong communication, organisational and problem solving skills, with a person centred approach to recovery and wellbeing.
