Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest – partnership manager 

Mind CHWF seek a practitioner manager to build community links and strengthen recovery support services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Build and strengthen partnerships across health, community and voluntary sector organisations to improve support for local people.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, community outreach and service promotion activities to increase awareness and access to services. 
• Manage partnerships, subcontractor relationships and community initiatives to ensure high quality, joined up support. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience developing partnerships and working collaboratively across organisations and communities.
• Is a confident communicator and relationship builder with strong networking, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Brings leadership experience, excellent organisational skills and a passion for improving health and wellbeing outcomes.
