Mind in Brighton and Hove - head of operations

Mind in Brighton and Hove seek an operations manger to lead governance, compliance and support services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the smooth running of the organisation, overseeing governance, compliance, administration, facilities and other core support functions that help services thrive. 

• Work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to support service delivery, organisational development and the delivery of strategic priorities. 

• Build strong relationships with partners, funders and stakeholders, helping identify new opportunities and strengthen the charity's impact across local communities. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has senior management experience within the charity, health, social care or public sector. 

• Can lead operational functions including governance, HR, compliance, contracts and organisational development. 

• Brings strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills, with a commitment to innovation, quality and continuous improvement.
