Leeds Mind – youth panel coordinator
Leeds Mind seek a youth panel coordinator to help people lead change and influence mental health services.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Support young people to develop confidence, leadership skills and create positive change in their communities.
- Coordinate youth panels across Leeds, helping young people shape services, influence decisions and lead social action projects.
- Build partnerships with schools, community organisations and local stakeholders to amplify young people's voices.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young people in community, youth work, mental health or participation settings.
- Is confident facilitating groups, workshops and youth led activities that engage and empower diverse young people.
- Brings strong communication, organisational and project coordination skills, with a commitment to coproduction and inclusion.
