What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead day to day people operations, ensuring HR processes are effective, compliant and people centred.
• Support and coach managers on employee relations, helping them respond with confidence and care. 
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture through wellbeing, inclusion and engagement. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification with strong knowledge of employment law. 
• Has experience in generalist HR, including employee relations and people operations. 
• Brings a compassionate, collaborative approach with confidence to influence and support others.
