Join Leeds Mind as a Job Retention Specialist to help people with mental health challenges stay in employment.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide one-to-one, time-limited support to people experiencing mental health difficulties that are affecting their ability to stay in work.

• Help clients understand workplace challenges, develop practical plans, and secure reasonable adjustments from employers.

• Work collaboratively with employers, NHS teams and partner organisations while managing a caseload and maintaining accurate records.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience providing person-centred support in mental health, employment, advocacy, advice or a similar service.

• Has a good understanding of mental health in the workplace, including ACAS guidance, reasonable adjustments and inclusive employment practices.

• Can build positive relationships, manage a caseload effectively and communicate confidently with clients, employers and partner organisations.
