Leeds Mind – Employment support coach

Leeds Mind seek an employment support coach to help people with mental health needs find and sustain work.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide one-to-one employment support to help people with mental health needs find and keep work
• Build relationships with employers and create inclusive employment opportunities
• Deliver support in line with IPS principles, helping people achieve their employment goals

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience providing one-to-one support to individuals
• Has knowledge of IPS, supported employment or workplace coaching approaches (desirable)
• Has strong communication skills and confidence working with both employers and service users
