Leeds Mind - employment support coach (mental health) 

Leeds Mind are looking for an employment support coach to help people with mental health into work. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Support people one to one to build confidence and move towards meaningful employment. 
• Deliver IPS employment support in a person centred, trauma informed and inclusive way. 
• Work with employers and partner services to create opportunities and remove barriers to work. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people one to one with mental health or employability needs. 
• Understands, or is willing to learn, IPS and recovery focused employment approaches. 
• Brings empathy, motivation and a strengths based approach to supporting others.
