Leeds Mind - economic inclusion services manager

Leeds Mind seeks an Economic Inclusion Services Manager to lead employment, wellbeing and recovery services and improve lives.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop Leeds Mind’s economic inclusion services, overseeing employment, wellbeing and recovery programmes to improve outcomes for people experiencing mental health challenges

• Manage supported employment services, including Connect to Work, ensuring quality standards, contractual requirements and performance targets are met

• Build strategic partnerships, mobilise new services and lead teams to drive innovation, service improvement and inclusive opportunities

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading employment services, ideally using supported employment or Individual Placement and Support (IPS) models

• Has a proven track record in service development, contract management, performance monitoring and successful service mobilisation

• Demonstrates strong leadership, partnership-building and analytical skills, with knowledge of safeguarding and a commitment to inclusive services
