What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop employment, wellbeing and recovery services that help people improve their mental health, financial resilience and access to opportunities.

• Manage high-quality supported employment programmes, ensuring services meet contractual requirements, achieve strong outcomes and continuously improve.

• Work with senior leaders, commissioners and partners to develop new services, build strategic partnerships and support organisational growth.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading employment services, ideally using supported employment models such as IPS, alongside mental health and wellbeing services.

• Has a proven track record in service development, contract management, performance monitoring and delivering against key targets.

• Can build strong partnerships, influence stakeholders at a senior level and create inclusive, high-performing teams.
