Gwent Mind - mental health wellbeing link worker (information and advice)
Gwent Mind seek a recovery worker to support people with trauma and complex mental health needs.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Provide trauma informed. person centred support to adults with complex mental health needs.
- Work with partners and communities to improve access to support and create joined up pathways.
- Help people build confidence, coping strategies and independence through tailored interventions.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting people with complex mental health needs using trauma informed approaches.
- Can manage a caseload, including assessments, safeguarding and outcome monitoring.
- Brings strong communication, organisation and partnership working skills with a commitment to inclusion.
