Derbyshire Mind – crisis service team lead - CSDI

Derbyshire Mind seek a crisis service team lead to coordinate mental health crisis support services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the delivery of the Crisis Support Drop- In Service, ensuring safe, consistent and high quality support across multiple sites. 
• Manage and support staff and volunteers, coordinating rotas, resources and day to day operations. 
• Help shape and develop the service through performance monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading teams or coordinating services, ideally within mental health, crisis support or the voluntary sector.
• Brings strong organisational, communication and leadership skills, with experience of rota management and service delivery. 
• Understands mental health, safeguarding, de-escalation and person centred, recovery focused approaches.
