Bradford District and Craven Mind seek a head of finance to lead strategy and ensure strong financial governance. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead financial planning, reporting and compliance to ensure strong governance and sustainability. 
• Provide clear financial insight to support strategic decision making across the organisation. 
• Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring effective systems, controls and processes. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with senior level experience.
• Has strong knowledge of financial management, governance and statutory reporting.
• Can communicate complex financial information clearly and lead with confidence and integrity.
