Bradford District and Craven Mind - guide-line support worker

Bradford District and Craven Mind are looking for a guide-line support worker to join their team providing emotional support to people in the community.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Provide confidential emotional support, guidance, and signposting to people who contact the telephone helpline and live chat service.

• Maintain up to date records, including responding to and documenting incidents and any safeguarding concerns.

• Act with compassion, empathy, and respect.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with people experiencing mental health problems.

• Has experience providing support via telephone and/or live chat.

• Is passionate, enthusiastic, and solution-focused.
