Take on the 90 Miles in October Challenge for Mind!
This October, challenge yourself to walk, jog, run or wheel 90 miles and raise vital funds for Mind.
Whether you’re hitting the pavement, trails or treadmill, and whether you do 3 miles every day, or go the distance on weekends, every mile you take helps ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
And while you're making a difference for others, you'll be doing wonders for your own physical and mental wellbeing too!
Your challenge perks!
👕 A free Mind t-shirt. Register and set up your fundraising page to receive your official #TeamMind t-shirt - wear it with pride and show your support for mental health.
🎯 A free progress tracker. You'll receive it with your t-shirt to help you stay on track and keep an eye on your progress.
🏅 More Mind-branded freebies. Raise £90 and we’ll send you a Mind-branded baseball cap as a thank-you. Raise £200 and you’ll receive our exclusive 90 Miles in October medal!
💪 A reason to move more. Our challenges are a great opportunity to get moving. And moving more day to day is known to help improve our overall wellbeing in lots of ways, from sleeping better to stressing less.
💙 A way to champion mental health for everyone (especially you). Two birds, one priority – mental health. By moving more you're prioritising your own mental health as well as raising funds. It's win-win!
