World Mental Health Day 2023

World Mental Health Day is on 10 October 2023. It's a day to raise awareness of mental health problems.

More and more of us are aware of mental health. But so many of us just aren’t getting the right support. We’re still facing stigma and discrimination.

Awareness is just the start. It’s time to act.
