West Sussex Mind – mental health recovery worker

West Sussex Mind seek a mental health recovery worker to provide wellbeing support across local communities. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Give one to one and group support to help people improve their mental health and wellbeing, both in GP surgeries and community settings. 
• Work with people to develop goal focused support plans, helping them access the services, activities and resources that meet their needs. 
• Brings strong relationships with partners and mental health teams to ensure people receive joined up support and access the right care. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing.
• Can deliver one to one and group support, helping people identify and achieve their goals.
• Builds trusting relationships and work confidently both independently and as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
