Tyneside and Northumberland Mind seek a project manager to lead mental health services and partnerships. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of mental health services, ensuring they are high quality, sustainable and person centred. 
• Manage projects and programmes from mobilisation through delivery, ensuring strong governance and performance.
• Build partnerships with NHS, local authorities and community organisations to strengthen impact and growth.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading complex programmes or commissioned services in health, social care or the voluntary sector.
• Brings strong skills in governance, performance monitoring and data driven decision making. 
• Is a confident leader and communicator, able to manage teams and build effective partnerships.
