Tameside, Oldham, Glossop and Stockport Mind - community mental health crisis service manager 

TOGS Mind seek a service manager to lead a new overnight mental health crisis support hub. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop an innovative overnight crisis service, ensuring adults experiencing mental health crisis receive safe, compassionate and person centred support. 
• Manage and support a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership, oversight and guidance to maintain high standards of safeguarding, quality and service delivery. 
• Build strong partnerships and drive service improvement, helping to shape a new community based crisis support offer that responds to local needs and delivers positive outcomes. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing mental health, health, social care or community based services. 
• Can lead teams, oversee safeguarding and risk management, and drive continuous improvement in a complex service environment.
• Is passionate about recovery, trauma informed practice and supporting people experiencing mental health crisis with compassion, dignity and hope.
