Tameside, Oldham, Glossop and Stockport Mind – neighbourhood mental health team VCSE service manager 

TOGS Mind seek a service manager to lead community mental health support in Stockport. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop community mental health services as part of the Stockport Neighbourhood Mental Health team, helping adults with complex mental health needs access the support they need to stay well. 
• Work alongside statutory, voluntary sector and lived experience partners to create joined-up, person centred support that puts people's strengths at the heart of their recovery. 
• Represent and support recovery workers and peer support workers, helping to ensure high quality, consistent service delivery across the partnership. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading mental health, wellbeing or community support services. 
• Can build strong relationships and work effectively across multidisciplinary and partnership settings. 
• Brings strong communication and service development skills, with a commitment to recovery focused and person centred support.
