TOGS Mind seek a service manager to lead a new overnight mental health crisis support hub.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Lead the delivery and development of an overnight mental health crisis service, ensuring people receive safe, responsive and person-centred support.
- Manage and support staff, fostering a trauma informed, recovery focused culture that promotes positive outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships with health, social care and community organisations to improve crisis support across Greater Manchester.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing mental health, crisis or community support services and leading teams in a complex environment.
- Understand trauma informed, recovery focused and person centred approaches, alongside safeguarding and risk management.
- Brings strong leadership, operational and partnership working skills, with the ability to drive service quality and continuous improvement.
