Tameside, Oldham, Glossop and Stockport Mind - children, young people and families admin worker 

TOGS Mind seek an admin worker to support young people and families accessing mental health services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Be a friendly first point of contact, welcoming young people, families and professionals.
• Support the smooth running of services through reception and administrative tasks. 
• Help create a safe, calm and supportive environment, responding sensitively to people in distress.  

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Is confident managing enquiries, appointments and referrals in a busy setting.
• Brings strong administrative and IT skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Is empathetic, calm and able to support people in a trauma informed way.
