Solent Mind – wellbeing team leader PCN

Solent Mind seek a team leader to support mental health services across Winchester GP practices. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support a team delivering mental health support within GP practices, helping ensure people receive timely and effective care.
• Work alongside primary care partners to strengthen mental health support and improve outcomes for people with a range of needs. 
• Help develop and improve services, using your leadership and problem solving skills to embed new ways of working. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supervising or managing staff within a mental health, health or wellbeing setting.
• Understands the needs of people experiencing mental health challenges and can support those with complex or diverse needs. 
• Brings strong communication, IT and relationship building skills, with collaborative and proactive approach.
