Solent Mind – wellbeing coordinator (Eastleigh)

Solent Mind are looking for a wellbeing coordinator to lead community wellbeing services in Eastleigh.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Coordinate the day to day running of the wellbeing centre, ensuring people can access timely and effective support.
• Support individuals through assessments, groups and courses, helping them achieve their wellbeing goals. 
• Lead and support staff while working with partners to deliver a joined up and inclusive wellbeing service. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with diverse needs within a mental health or wellbeing setting.
• Brings strong organisational, communication and IT skills, with the ability to coordinate services effectively.
• Is proactive, collaborative and committed to equality, diversity, inclusion and equity.
