Solent Mind - weekend wellbeing advisor (alternate weekends)

Solent Mind seek a wellbeing advisor to deliver community activities and support mental health recovery. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Deliver wellbeing activities, groups and workshops that help people build confidence, independence and social connections. 
• Support people to identify their strengths, goals and wellbeing needs through a person centred approach. 
• Work with colleagues and community partners to provide safe, inclusive support and signpost people to additional services where needed. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with diverse needs particularly those on their mental health recovery journey. 
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and encourage participation. 
• Is organised and confident using IT systems to maintain accurate records and monitor outcomes.
