Solent Mind – team leader (Safe Haven) 

Solent Mind seek a team leader to manage Safe Haven crisis services and support people in crisis. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and support a team delivering high quality crisis support to people experiencing mental health difficulties. 
• Manage the day to day operation of the Safe Haven service, ensuring it is safe, responsive and effective. 
• Work directly with service users and partner organisations to improve outcomes and shape service development. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supervising or managing staff within a mental health, wellbeing or support service. 
• Understands safeguarding, risk management and the needs of people with complex or diverse needs. 
• Brings strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills, with a commitment to recovery focused support.
