Solent Mind – senior wellbeing advisor (Eastleigh)

Solent Mind seek a senior wellbeing advisor to deliver wellbeing support courses and community groups. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Give one to one support and run wellbeing activities that help people improve their mental health, build confidence and achieve their goals. 
• Deliver courses, workshops and groups sessions using a person centred and inclusive approach to support wellbeing and independence. 
• Work with people with diverse needs helping them identify what matters to them and access the right support. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting vulnerable people with a range of needs in a mental health or wellbeing setting.
• Has experience delivering courses, workshops or group activities. 
• Brings strong communication, teamwork and IT skills, with a person centred and supportive approach.
