Solent Mind – head of service for Dorset

Dorset Mind a head of services to lead community mental health support across Dorset. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop mental health services across Dorset, ensuring they are high quality person centred and responsive to local community needs. 
• Build strong partners with commissioners, health and care organisations, community groups and people with lived experience outcomes. 
• Use performance data, feedback and insight to dive service improvement, demonstrate impact and support Dorset Mind's strategic goals. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has significant senior leadership experience within mental health, health, social care or the voluntary sector. 
• Can lead services, manage budgets and support teams while driving quality, performance and continuous improvement. 
• Brings excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership building skills, with a commitment to person centred support and lived experience involvement.
