Rochdale and District Mind seek a chief executive to lead strategy and strengthen mental health services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead the organisation's strategy, operations and development, ensuring high quality mental health support for local communities. 
• Work with the Board of Trustees, staff and partners to deliver sustainable growth and strong governance.
• Champion inclusion, coproduction and collaboration, helping shape services that meet the needs of the people we support.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has senior leadership experience within the voluntary sector or a related organisation.
• Is a values driven leader with strong financial, strategic and operational expertise.
• Can build effective partnerships, inspire teams and drive sustainable organisational growth.
