Oxfordshire Mind - wellbeing worker: 18+ private model 

Oxfordshire Mind seek a wellbeing advisor to support adults with their mental health and wellbeing. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Give one to one wellbeing support to adults, helping them improve their mental health, build confidence and work towards their personal goals. 
• Use a social prescribing approach to connect people with local services, community support and practical resources that can improve their wellbeing. 
• Work with colleagues and partner organisations to ensure people receive person centred support tailored to their individual needs. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a mental health, wellbeing or similar support environment. 
• Can build trusting relationships and support people to identify and achieve their wellbeing and recovery goals. 
• Bring strong communication, organisational and IT skills, with an understanding of safeguarding and person centred support.
