Oxfordshire Mind – senior manager (safe haven)

Oxfordshire Mind seek a senior service manager to lead safe haven mental health crisis support services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead and develop Safe Haven services to ensure people experiencing mental health crisis receive safe, high quality and person centred support. 
• Support and manage teams to deliver excellent services, driving performance, continuous improvement and positive outcomes. 
• Work with partners and people with lived experience to strengthen services, shape future delivery and support successful contract retendering. 

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has substantial experience leading mental health, crisis support or community based services. 
• Understands safeguarding, risk management, service quality and the needs of people experiencing mental health challenges. 
• Brings strong leadership, partnership working and people management skills, with a solution focused and collaborative approach.
