Oxfordshire Mind – Safe Haven deputy manager 

Oxfordshire Mind seek a Safe Haven deputy manager to lead crisis support services across Oxfordshire.

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Lead safe, effective shifts delivering crisis support to people experiencing mental health difficulties
• Offer one-to-one support, risk assessments and safety planning to promote recovery
• Supervise and support staff while helping to develop and improve the Safe Haven service

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading or supervising staff in a mental health or support setting
• Has knowledge of mental health crisis support, safeguarding and risk management
• Has excellent listening, organisational and interpersonal skills, with a person-centred approach
