North Kent Mind seek a people and development manager to lead HR, learning and organisational development.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Support and coach managers to build effective teams, strengthen people practices and create a positive employee experience.
- Lead people initiatives across areas such as learning and development, employee wellbeing, performance management and organisational development.
- Give expert HR advice on employee relations, employment law and people processes, helping to ensure consistent and inclusive practices across the organisation.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a HR generalist, advisor or people management role, with strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
- Can build positive relationships, support managers with complex people matters and drive organisational improvement.
- Brings excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
