Oxfordshire Mind – community connector 

Oxfordshire Mind seek a community connector to link people with mental health and local support services. 

What you'll do

In this role you'll:

• Help people access community support that improves their mental health, wellbeing and independence.
• Work alongside NHS mental health teams to identify needs, set goals and connect people with the right services and opportunities.
• Build partnerships and develop community links that strengthen support for people living with severe mental illness.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in mental health, wellbeing or a similar support environment. 
• Understands safeguarding and can support people with a range of social, practical and emotional needs.
• Brings strong relationship building, communication and partnership working skills, with a person centred recovery focused approach.
